Refund policy

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We want you to be happy with what you bought. If something is not right,
you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

To be accepted, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in
the condition you received it.

HOW TO START A RETURN
Email support@thedrop.ae with your order number and a photo of the item.
We reply within one working day with instructions.

RETURN SHIPPING
· If the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or we sent the wrong thing,
  we pay the return shipping and refund you in full.
· If you changed your mind, you pay the return shipping.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and check the item, we refund to your original payment
method within 5 to 10 working days. Original shipping charges are not
refunded unless the item was faulty.

EXCHANGES
Email us and we will arrange it. Exchanges follow the same 14 day window.

ITEMS WE CANNOT ACCEPT
· Items that have been used or washed
· Items returned without their original packaging
· Items returned after 14 days
