SHIPPING

WHERE WE SHIP
We ship across the United Arab Emirates.

DISPATCH TIME
Orders are packed and dispatched from Abu Dhabi within 1 to 2 working days.
Orders placed on Friday or Saturday are dispatched the next working day.

DELIVERY TIME
Delivery within the UAE takes 1 to 2 working days after dispatch.

SHIPPING RATES
· Orders of AED 500 and above — free shipping
· Orders under AED 500 — AED 20 flat rate

TRACKING
You receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Tracking can take a few hours to start updating after you receive it.

DELAYS
Public holidays and courier backlogs can add a day or two. If your order
has not moved for more than two working days, email us and we will chase it.
